An effective, warming, and relaxing recipe designed to soothe overworked bodies and reduce muscle stiffness. Utilizing milk (or a carrier oil) acts as an emulsifier, ensuring the essential oils blend into the water rather than sitting on top, which protects your skin from irritation

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water.

2. In a small bowl, mix the essential oils with the milk (or carrier oil). Using milk helps disperse the oils throughout the water better than oil alone. Alternatively, the oils can be added to 1 tablespoon of plain mineral salts and then added to a warm bath.

3. Pour the mixture into the water just before stepping in to prevent the oils from evaporating too quickly.

4. Soak for at least 15–20 minutes.

Safety Tips

  • Skin Sensitivity: Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
  • Slippery Tub: Essential oils make the bathtub very slippery. Be careful when exiting.
  • Avoid Eyes: Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with cold water if needed.
  • Pregnancy: These oils may not be suitable for use during pregnancy; check with a professional.
