This essential oil massage recipe is specifically recommended for relieving sore muscles, joint pain, spasms, and increasing circulation, particularly for post-workout recovery or chronic aches

1. Combine all essential oils of Lemongrass, Ginger, Marjoram, Nutmeg and Black Pepper with a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond in a small bowl.

2. Massage into the affected areas. Avoid eyes and any sensitive skin. Allow the oil to absorb before getting dressed.

3. Store any remaining oil in an Empty Bottle with Disc Cap. Keeps for up to 3 months.
