Description & Use

Chinese Five Spice powder is a classic blend of spices that compliments Chinese and stir-fry dishes, grilled and roasted meats. Essential for making San Choy Bow. Add 1 tablespoon of spice blend to 1 kg pork mince with ginger, peas and peanuts. Season with soy sauce and serve in lettuce cups.
