NOTE: Brewing Green Tea:

To get the best out of your green tea and to avoid the unwanted bitterness of the tannins. It is advised to follow these brewing instructions. Green tea can be sensitive so the easiest way to get 80 degree water temp is to first splash a little cold water over the leaves first. Then add an almost boiled kettle. No need to brew for too long either; All the flavour and potent antioxidants will be infused into your water quickly. It's recommended to brew for 2 minutes.
